I have run the AQ hand through PokerSolver and it is stating it is a 100% fold to the CX so don’t understand how it can be a GTO call
I’m not familiar with PokerSolver but if it’s akin to PIO or CREV then I’d need to know the parameters you used (starting ranges, bet size options) to comment.
