What if My Mother Played Poker?

She doesn’t and wouldn’t, but PokerStars Team Online member Adrienne “Talonchick” Rowsome (though not nearly old enough to be my mother) is the next best thing. Both are occupational therapists, both are avid yoga practitioners, and though I’ve never met Adrienne in person, she comes across in this short documentary as kind and caring:

In context this might seem a little weird but I played at talonchick’s table in a WCOOP and we had a funny conversation that went roughly like this:

Creepy Railbird: talonchick you are hot
Talonchick: ty
CR: how old are you
TC: foucault has anyone on PokerStars ever asked you how old you are?
CR: you look like a MILF
Me: never before I had my pic on here. now it happens occasionally
CR: i get it every day
Me: no one’s ever told me they’d like to f*@# me either 🙁

  1. She says the reason she doesn’t like no limit is because she doesn’t want to stack her opponent?? This woman clearly hates money.
